1. Fare Display and Accuracy
All airfares displayed on Luxairs are based on live data received from our airline partners
and suppliers through the RateHawk.com platform. Fares are dynamic and may change at any time depending
on seat availability, airline pricing updates, seasonal offers, and currency fluctuations.
The fare you see at the time of search may differ from the final fare at the time of booking confirmation.
We make every effort to ensure displayed fares are accurate and up to date, but final prices are only
confirmed after payment and booking completion.
2. Fare Components
Each airfare displayed on our website typically includes the following components:
- Base Fare: The standard cost of the ticket set by the airline.
- Taxes & Surcharges: Applicable government taxes, airport fees, and carrier-imposed surcharges.
- Service Fees: A small administrative or booking service fee charged by Luxairs to process your reservation securely and efficiently.
Total fare = Base Fare + Taxes + Service Fees (if applicable).
3. Additional Charges
Certain airlines may impose optional or additional charges, which are not included in the displayed fare, such as:

benefit from currency exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees.
5. Fare Changes and Availability
Airfares are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed and payment is successfully processed.
If the fare changes between your search and booking confirmation, you will be notified before payment is finalized.
Once payment is complete and your ticket is issued, the fare becomes final and cannot be altered unless permitted by the airline’s fare rules.

Your total payable fare is displayed on the final payment page before you complete your booking.
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted all fare details,
including taxes, fees, and restrictions.
